Cyfair Medical Center

* * * * * Poophoria!!!

I'm in heaven!!!  Had to visit a relative last week and I was loving. this. hospital. bathroom. situation!  I mean everywhere I turned there was a sign for another bathroom.  They had women's bathrooms with multiple stalls, unisex one stallers, and bathrooms in the private hospital rooms!  Damn, it's like they knew I was coming!  The bathrooms I used and saw were very, very clean.  Accessible for sure, one around every corner it seemed.  Spacious, yes.  And with so many options to chose from, multi-stall, single stall, private room, the noise level didn't seem to matter much because the hospital was practically empty and there was no one around to even hear me flush.  Guuuuuuuuuurl, Amen to that!  By far one of the best bathroom situation's I've seen.  Thanks Cyfair Medical Center!

HEB

* * Panic! I'm Prairie Doggin' It!

I love to shop at my local Kingwood HEB!  My only complaint really is the BS (bathroom situation). Let me also say that I realize the HEB's around town might have different BS's so this review is only based on the one I visit in Kingwood.  Please comment if you know of any HEB's in Houston that have a different BS.

This one makes me very nervous I must say.  It's usually not very clean and there are only two stalls, one really small one and a handicap one.  It's located at the front of the store right where everyone is walking in so if you're shopping alone and you suddenly have to GO, you have to park your cart somewhere it won't be in the way, but somewhere it won't get "picked" from, if you know what I mean.  It's pretty quiet and the smaller stall is RIGHT NEXT to the sink, so on both sides people can hear your business.  YiKeS!

 And if you are like me and you lose sleep thinking about situations that start with, "What if I'm ___ and I suddenly have to use the bathroom?!?"  ex.  "What if I'm on a helicopter ride and I suddenly have to use the bathroom?!?" Well, here's some good news.  If you're shopping alone and you're in line and the store is super busy and people are lining up behind you, and then all of a sudden you have to GO, you can always tell your cashier that you need to run to the bathroom and ask them if they'd mind suspending your transaction so you can pay when you're done.  What they'll do is transfer your transaction to the customer service desk and push your cart to the side so you can just take care of it after you take care of your business!  Yea!

Target

* * * * Doin' The Potty Dance

Target is one of my favorite places to shop and inevitably I always have to use the bathroom while I'm there!  Perhaps it's because I usually spend 3 hours shopping every time I go.  The bathrooms are usually pretty clean and there are plenty of stalls so I've never had to wait in line.  The bathrooms are located in the front close to the registers or right by the customer service desk so they are very easy to access.  The stalls are also spacious and there's always a handicap stall in the back.  The only small, tiny complaint is that it's usually pretty quiet in the bathrooms and very bright.  The stall walls don't extend all the way down so it's very easy to hear your neighbor doing their business.  But most Target bathrooms I've visited have purse hooks and changing tables, very woman friendly. Thanks Target!
